12/12/11 Capital Punishment is a punishment that results in death of the convicted immate. Against Capital Punishment is when you dont agree with people getting send to jail fro murdering someone they should not deserve being in there. I am against not seeing their loved one's put to death and it also cost alot of money. The death penalty system cost $137 million per year. The lifetime incarceration would be $11.5 million per year. I am also against it because the person who is getting accuesed for the murder may be innocent. 1,188 people were executed in the U.S from 1977-2009. Against Death Penalty
